Referral terms

We've kept these as plain as we can. If anything here is unclear, email help@steffies.com and a person will answer.

The friend's offer

A referral link gives a new Steffie's customer $25 off her first order of $50 or more. It's for first-time customers, applies once per person, and can't be combined with other discount codes. Free U.S. shipping applies as it always does.

Your credit

When someone places a first order through your link, you earn a $25 credit toward a future order. We issue it after her order has shipped and passed a short holding window — currently ten days — so that credits reflect orders that are genuinely kept. If her order is fully returned within that window, the credit for it isn't issued.

Your credit arrives by email as a one-time code, good for $25 off an order of $50 or more. It doesn't expire for twelve months, has no cash value, can't be combined with other codes, and can't be used to buy gift cards. There's no cap on how many friends you refer.

Keeping it fair

Referrals are meant for real recommendations to real friends. Referring yourself — using your own link on a second account or address — doesn't earn a credit. We may hold or withhold credits we believe are the result of misuse, and we may pause or adjust the program at any time. Existing credits already issued to you stay yours.
