Referral terms

We've kept these as plain as we can. If anything here is unclear, email help@steffies.com and a person will answer.

Your code

Every Steffie's account comes with a personal referral code. You'll find it in your Closet, on your account page, and on the Refer a Friend page — copy it, text it, email it, however you'd share anything else. Can't find it? Email help@steffies.com and we'll send it over.

The offer you're sharing

Your code gives $25 off an order of $50 or more. It applies once per person and can't be combined with other discount codes. The discount comes off automatically at checkout, and free U.S. shipping applies as it always does.

Your credit

When someone orders with your code, you earn a $25 credit toward a future order. We email it as soon as her order is placed — there's no holding window and nothing to wait out.

It doesn't matter whether she's new to Steffie's or has shopped with us before: if she orders with your code, you earn your $25.

If she returns her pair, we refund her in full, as we would any order. Your credit stays yours.

Your credit adds up

You have one credit code, and it grows. Refer a second friend and that same code becomes worth $50; a fourth makes it $100, and so on. You don't collect a pile of separate codes to juggle — you keep one, and it's worth whatever you've earned, all usable on a single order.

Because it's one code rather than several, there's nothing to combine: just enter it at checkout and your full balance comes off. Each tier has its own minimum order — a $25 credit needs an order of $50 or more, a $100 credit needs $125 or more — so there's always something left to pay. We'll tell you your balance in the email each time it grows, and it's shown in your Closet.

Credits don't expire for twelve months from the last time yours grew, have no cash value, and can't be used to buy gift cards. Balances currently top out at $200 — if you get there, email us and we'll sort you out personally. There's no cap on how many friends you refer.

Keeping it fair

Referrals are meant for real recommendations to real people. Referring yourself — using your own code on a second account or address — doesn't earn a credit. Personal codes are for personal sharing, not for posting to coupon or deal sites; a code that starts behaving like a public coupon may be retired and replaced. We may hold or withhold credits we believe are the result of misuse.

Changes to the program

We may change, suspend, or end this program — including the credit amount, the minimum order, the tiers, the $200 balance ceiling, expiry, and eligibility — at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. Any change applies from the moment it's posted on this page, and the version of these terms published here is the one that governs. Credits already issued to you stay yours, subject to the misuse provisions above. Continuing to use the program after a change means you accept it.
