At Steffie’s, we believe getting dressed should be easy.
Here’s what you need to know:
Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. During peak launches or promotions, processing may take up to 4 business days—but we’ll hustle.
Shipping Time & Cost
We currently ship to all U.S. states via UPS and USPS. You’ll see available shipping options and exact rates at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. We recommend checking spam or promotions folders just in case.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. For international shipping inquiries, reach out to us at help@steffies.us.
Lost or Stalled Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If it’s been more than 10 days and your shoes haven’t arrived, email us at help@steffies.us and we’ll help track things down.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email us ASAP—we’ll do our best to intercept it.
