Review Moderation & Fraud Policy

Steffie's is committed to publishing reviews that reflect genuine customer experiences.

How reviews are collected. Reviews are submitted by customers with a verified order and are not accepted from unrelated third parties.

How reviews are moderated. Every review is reviewed by our team before it is published — we do not publish automatically. During moderation, we check for:

  • Duplicate or repeated submissions from the same customer or IP address
  • Content unrelated to the product or shopping experience
  • Promotional, spam, or clearly automated content
  • Reviews containing profanity, hate speech, or personal information
  • Reviews that appear to be incentivized, coordinated, or otherwise inauthentic

Reviews that meet these criteria are not published. If a published review is later found to violate this policy, it is removed.

Reporting a review. If you believe a review is fraudulent, spam, or otherwise violates this policy, email us at help@steffies.com with the reviewer's name and/or the review content, and our team will investigate and respond within 1–2 business days.
