Steffie’s Insiders

This is a small, growing list of perks for the women who wear and share Steffie’s the most. We’re building out the full rewards program now. Below is what already exists and what’s on the way. Insiders always see everything first.

What you get today

As an Insider, you get early access to every new colorway, 48 hours before the public site. You get first crack at restocks on the styles that sell out. You get a heads-up when a style is being discontinued, so you can grab a backup pair before it’s gone. You’re also invited to Steffie’s reader Q&A, where she answers Insider questions first on the Ask the Neuroscientist page.

There are loyalty gifts, too. Starting with your second order, a little something extra comes along with your shoes (returns don’t count toward this, and an exchange still counts as one order). Once you reach a later milestone, your loyalty gift becomes a free shipping upgrade, one class faster than the option you chose at checkout.

What’s coming

Soon you’ll earn points for every dollar you spend, redeemable toward a future pair. A birthday gift is coming too, with details to follow.

It’s free. Sign up with one email, and you can unsubscribe any time. Your gifts and perks stay tied to your account, though unsubscribing will remove you from early access and restock notifications.
