Shipping
Quick version: shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum, no code. Most pairs arrive in 3–5 business days, and Express and Overnight upgrades are available at checkout.
Free shipping, and how it works
Shipping is free on every order in the U.S. If you need a pair faster, Express (2–3 business days) and Overnight options appear at checkout before you confirm, so there are no surprises on your receipt. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and because of the volume we ship, we’re able to pass along discounted carrier rates rather than a flat fee or a markup.
How fast
We process orders in about one business day, and orders placed before 1 pm Central usually ship the same day. From our Texas warehouse, standard ground delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. If you need a pair quickly for an event, email help@steffies.us with the date and we’ll do everything we can.
Checkout+ covers return and exchange shipping
Checkout+ is a small add-on you’ll see at checkout (we use Redo to power it). If you add it, your return and exchange shipping is on us. One click in the return portal, and we email you a prepaid label. It’s worth the peace of mind. That’s especially true if you’re between sizes or buying your first pair.
Tracking
The moment your pair leaves the warehouse, you’ll get a tracking link by email, and by text too if you opted in. The link updates in real time.
Where we ship
We ship across the 50 U.S. states plus DC, and internationally as well. International rates appear at checkout just like domestic options. Returns and exchanges are supported in most countries through Redo. The one current exception is APO/DPO addresses, where we can’t process returns just yet.
Order changes
We move fast on the warehouse floor, so the window to change an order is short. The quickest way to change order details is our chat assistant: as long as your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, it can make the change for you on the spot. You can also email help@steffies.us and we’ll do everything we can to catch it. If we can’t, the easiest path is to accept delivery and start an exchange. With Checkout+, it’s free both ways.
Address corrections
If you mistyped your address, tell us right away. Once a package is in the carrier’s system, address changes are out of our hands, and the package may be returned to sender. If this happens, we’ll reship to the correct address as soon as it’s back at the warehouse.
If it doesn’t arrive
Packages occasionally go missing in the carrier network. If tracking says delivered and the box isn’t at your door, give it 48 hours, since carriers often mark delivery early. Email us at help@steffies.us if it’s still missing. We will file a claim and get a replacement in the mail as soon as we can.
